Vojta Řepa, sports director of VIF Cycling Team, describes how the team worked its way up from zero to a professional UCI license in a year and a half.
At KolemKolem Fest, Ondra from CzechCrunch sat down at the microphone with Anička Hanáková, a racer, and Vojta Řepa, sports director of VIF Cycling Team – the first all-women professional cycling team in the Czech Republic. Vojta briefly summed up how the team has moved from zero to a professional UCI Continental Team license in a year and a half, and why better conditions for the girls are the foundation for it to keep working.
